Spicy Tofu
Ingredients
  • 1 block of extra-firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil and garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the tofu and stir to coat.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated tofu cubes.
  5. Cook until all sides are lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot.
