- 1 block of extra-firm tofu
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil and garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and stir to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated tofu cubes.
- Cook until all sides are lightly browned.
- Serve hot.
