- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and salt. Toss to coat.
