Spicy Salmon Roll
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces of salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed
  • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice

Steps
  1. Cut the salmon fillet into thin strips.
  2. Mix the Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and honey together in a bowl.
  3. Lay the nori sheet on a flat surface and spread the cooked sushi rice over it.
  4. Place the salmon strips on top of the rice.
  5. Roll up the nori and secure with a few drops of water.
  6. Slice into pieces and serve.
