- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
- Stir in the tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the cream cheese. Stir in the salsa and simmer until heated through.
- Mix the beef mixture into the cream cheese mixture and heat through.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
