- 3 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Place potato wedges in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until all wedges are evenly coated.
- Spread potato wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
