Spicy Korean Fried Rice with Kimchi

Ingredients
2 cups cooked white rice
1/4 cup kimchi, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup carrots, diced
1/4 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Steps
Heat the vegetable and sesame oils in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the kimchi and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the frozen peas, cooked rice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve hot.
