Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup kimchi, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable and sesame oils in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and carrots and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the kimchi and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the frozen peas, cooked rice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve hot.
