- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin and cayenne pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
