- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded cabbage mix
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, cider vinegar, honey, celery seed, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
- In a large bowl combine the cabbage mix and carrots. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
