- 1/2 head of green cabbage
- 1/2 head of red cabbage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, jalapeno pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
