- 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the beans, maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with the bacon.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm.
