- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- juice of 1 lemon
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, avocado, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper and cumin. Process until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and process until combined.
- Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
