Spicy Avocado Hum…
Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • juice of 1 lemon

Steps
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, avocado, tahini, olive oil, garlic, cayenne pepper and cumin. Process until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and process until combined.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.
