Spicy Avocado Hum…
Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 avocado, pitted and peeled

Steps
  1. Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, and lime juice to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Add the avocado and pulse until combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  4. Serve with chips or vegetables.
