- 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and green onions.
- In a small bowl whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
- Pour over the vegetables and mix until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste.
