Spicy Asian Slaw
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
  3. Pour over the vegetables and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes to taste.
