Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; cook and stir until onion is translucent. Add chorizo sausage; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add potatoes; cook and stir until potatoes are tender.
Add chicken thighs to the skillet; cook and stir until heated through. Serve hot.
