Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti with parsley on top.
