Spaghetti Bologne…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
