Southwestern Corn…
Ingredients
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.75-ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the two cans of corn, muffin mix, butter and eggs.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and spread sour cream over the top.
  7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
