  • 1 lb. turnip greens
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Wash and trim the turnip greens.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the turnip greens and salt, stirring to coat.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve warm.
