- 1 lb. turnip greens
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Wash and trim the turnip greens.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the turnip greens and salt, stirring to coat.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Serve warm.
