Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps
  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken strips in buttermilk then dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Serve hot.
