Cut chicken breasts into strips. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken strips in buttermilk then dredge in flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
