In a shallow bowl, combine the buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat.
In a separate shallow bowl, add the flour.
Heat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dip each chicken breast in the flour and shake off any excess. Place in the hot oil and fry for 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
