- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion to the bacon grease in the skillet and sauté until softened. Add garlic powder and stir.
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
- Add cooked bacon back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
