Ingredients
  • 1 bunch collard greens
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Steps
  1. Wash the collard greens and remove any tough stems.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the collard greens and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the vinegar and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
