- 1 bunch collard greens
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Wash the collard greens and remove any tough stems.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the collard greens and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the vinegar and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
