- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 450°F.

- Add the buttermilk and stir just until the dough comes together.
- Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 10 seconds.
- Roll or pat the dough out to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Cut into 2-inch rounds with a biscuit cutter or glass.
- Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
