- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt, for topping
- Mix the starter and flour together in a large bowl.
- Add the salt and stir until combined.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into a 12-inch (30 cm) round on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to an oiled baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
