  • Vegetable stock
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Celery
  • Garlic cloves
  • Bay leaves

Steps
  1. Chop the onion, carrot and celery.
  2. In a large pot, heat the vegetable stock over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and garlic to the pot.
  4. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Add bay leaves and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
