In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the oil and water and stir until the mixture forms a ball. Knead for 1 minute.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a log about 8 inches long. Cut into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball and flatten with your hands. Using a rolling pin, roll out each piece of dough as thin as possible.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one of the flattened pieces of dough in the skillet and cook for 1 minute or until lightly browned. Flip over and cook for an additional minute.
