Smoked Salmon Qui…
Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream or light cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Place salmon in pie shell. Sprinkle with onion and green pepper. In a bowl, combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over salmon mixture.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
