Smoked Pulled Pork
Ingredients
  • 3-4 lbs pork shoulder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth or water

Steps
  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F. Rub the pork shoulder with the spices and brown sugar.
  2. Place pork shoulder in smoker and cook for 4-5 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Shred pork with two forks and place in a bowl. Mix in apple cider vinegar and chicken broth or water.
  4. Serve pulled pork on buns with your favorite BBQ sauce.
