Smoked Brisket
Ingredients
  • 2-3 lb. brisket
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  2. Rub the brisket on all sides with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder and black pepper in a small bowl and mix together.
  4. Rub the spice mixture onto the brisket on all sides.
  5. Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Serve warm.
