- 2-3 lb. brisket
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Rub the brisket on all sides with Worcestershire sauce.
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder and black pepper in a small bowl and mix together.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the brisket on all sides.
- Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve warm.
