Smashed Chickpea …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
  3. Top with chickpeas and enjoy!
