- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place the potatoes, onion and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Pour the broth over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream and butter.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
