- 3-5 lb pork butt
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Place pork butt in slow cooker.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mixture over pork butt and cover with lid.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
- Shred meat with two forks and serve.
