- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili beans in chili gravy
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, onion, garlic and bell pepper until the beef is browned.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Transfer to a slow cooker.
- Stir in tomatoes with juice, chili beans, tomato sauce and chili powder.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours.
