Slow Cooker Beef …
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and bell peppers and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, caraway seeds and salt.
  5. Stir to combine and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
