Slow Cooker Beef …
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds beef cheeks, trimmed of fat and sinew
  • 1 cup beef stock

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thyme, garlic powder, smoked paprika and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the beef cheeks and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  3. Transfer the beef cheeks to a slow cooker. Pour in the beef stock.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is very tender.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides.
