- 3-4 lbs. beef brisket
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Place the beef brisket in a large slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef brisket and cover with the lid.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the beef is tender.
