Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and cumin. Cook until the shrimp are cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Divide the shrimp among the tortillas and serve immediately.
