- 1 pound of large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add olive oil, white wine, red pepper flakes and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a simmer.
- Add shrimp and cook until they are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in parsley and serve.
