- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Serve with warm flour tortillas.
