Shrimp Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lime juice, cumin, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
