Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the flour until dough comes together.
  4. Roll dough into 1/4 inch thick sheets, and cut with cookie cutters.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Enjoy!
