Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with flour and stir to combine.
  4. Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with diced potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
