- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in tomato paste, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with flour and stir to combine.
- Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with diced potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
