- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame oil, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Pour into a jar or bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
