Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 8 ounces Chinese noodles, cooked and drained

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add the noodles and toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
