- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 ounces Chinese noodles, cooked and drained
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
- Add the noodles and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
