Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions.
  6. Drain well and divide among serving bowls.
  7. Top with chicken and desired toppings.
  8. Serve warm.
