- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch and pepper.
- Add chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain well and divide among serving bowls.
- Top with chicken and desired toppings.
- Serve warm.
