Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour egg mixture into the skillet.
  4. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  5. Continue cooking - pulling, lifting and folding eggs - until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.
  6. Do not stir constantly. Remove from heat, serve immediately.
