Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Steps
  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended.
  2. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.
  3. When the eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, sprinkle cheese and bacon over top. Cook for 1 minute longer.
  4. Serve immediately.
